Alex Neil – The Best Coach

Alex Neil used to coach the Scottish side Hamilton Academical FC which is a team that usually has crowds of around 3,000 people and fans watching their respective matches but on January 9, the tables turned as the Scottish manager was selected as the new manager of Norwich City and even though the obstacles will be much more higher and difficult, Neil is confident that he can handle all of the pressure which he is going to face with his new club.

“I’ve been in big stadiums with 50,000. At the end of the day it’s 11 v 11 on the pitch. There are big games in Scotland, we go to Parkhead and play against Celtic, or Ibrox to play Rangers. I played in the Championship with Barnsley for four years. It’s not as if all this is new to me’’

‘’I’m young for a manager. I don’t think there’s any getting away from that,” he said.

“But I’ve been involved in football since I was 16. The dynamics of football is something I’ve been used to since I was a kid.” Alex Neil said.

At the age of 33, Alex Neil is the second youngest manager in England’s distinct leagues with the only who is younger is Adam Murray of the League Two club Mansfield Town FC.

The managerial campaign of Alex Neil at Norwich City has kicked off in superb form as he claimed a 2-1 triumph over the AFC Bournemouth which is one of the favorite teams on earning a promotion spot to the Premier League for the next season.

Neil managed to lure the attention of a few clubs around Europe after he was able to guide Hamilton Academical FC to the Scottish Premiership League during his first season in charge of the team and now has been signed up by Norwich City, where his next task is to guide the English team to the Premier League but it’s an obstacle which is easier said than done.
